Booking and payment
Payment is taken securely online when you book. Your date is confirmed once payment is complete.
Access
You are responsible for making sure we can access the property on the day, and that water and electricity are available.
Cancellations
Cancel 24 hours or more before your booking for a full refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be retained in line with UKPC policy.
Issues
If something isn't quite right, tell us within 48 hours of your clean and, where appropriate, we'll arrange for it to be put right.
Limits
Some work is outside the scope of a standard clean, including exterior windows, rubbish removal, mould treatment and repairs.
