What is included in an end of tenancy clean?

A full room-by-room clean of an empty property: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and hallways, including internal surfaces, empty cupboards, skirting boards, doors, fixtures, fittings and floors. Oven interiors are not included as standard but can be added as an extra.

Do I need to be at the property?

No. Most customers arrange a key safe, leave keys with an agent, or meet the cleaner at the start. Tell us how access works when you book and we'll take it from there.

How long does the clean take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the size and condition of the property. A one-bedroom flat is usually a few hours; larger houses can take most of a day. We work to the standard, not the clock.

Question 4

Do cleaners bring their own equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cleaners arrive with the equipment and products needed for the job. If the property has no running water or electricity, please let us know in advance.

When do I pay?

When you book, securely online. Your date isn't confirmed until payment is complete.

What happens after I book?

Accepted Answer

You'll receive a confirmation email with your booking reference, date, arrival window, price and what's included. UKPC then arranges the cleaner and keeps you updated.

What if something isn't right?

If something isn't quite right, tell us within 48 hours of your clean. Where appropriate we'll arrange for it to be put right.

Can landlords or estate agents book?

How much notice do you need?

Accepted Answer

We usually need around 72 hours' notice. Available dates are shown in the booking calendar, so anything you can select online is genuinely available.

What areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

We primarily cover Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding area, including TN1, TN2, TN3, TN4. Nearby towns are often possible — ask us before booking.

Can I change my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, subject to availability. Email us with your booking reference as early as you can and we'll do our best to move you to another date.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancel 24 hours or more before your booking and you'll receive a full refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be retained in line with UKPC policy, as the date has been held for you.
